The container has been deliver this morning a little after 8:30 as expected and we finished to unload around 10:20, so it really took two hours. The driver was extremely nice and was wise to park the container aside our home even if the way was narrow. He was very nice and courteous.

I would like to thanks Euro-Transport Intl. and Provence for all the services I have received from Calgary until Labastide St.Pierre. Your rates are very reasonable, a lot less than yours competitors, (30% less). and you have all been very professional from the beginning to the end. Either by phone or email and in all phases of our move. In fact, all the operation would have take less than one month. Which was perfect for us.

We are very satisfied and we are again sending you our thanks. We will not hesitate contacting you or referring you.

Kudos for Johnny and the supervisor Mr. Adams for the amazing job they did last Tuesday filling my properties into the 40 feet container with destination to Peru.

I have a lot experience with containers, since I worked in the Peruvian Customs Dpt. for almost 13 years, but I never saw such an excellent job like those guys did.

Hello All,

By the meaning of this e-mail I want to feed-back you with the shipment details at receiving.

Knowing that in your business "no feed-back is good feed-back" I will start by telling you everything was aright!!!... So no worries!

I was contacted by the UK agent immediately the shipment was unloaded and few days later, after the customs clearance, I was contacted to schedule the home delivery. Even though I was expecting "home delivery" it was only "curbside delivery" (maybe that is what home delivery means here in UK, otherwise you should look into this); fortunately the truck driver that delivered it, was kind enough to help me get the sofas into the house, otherwise I would have been in trouble; having the goods in the street with the frequent UK summer showers.

However, all in all everything was OK: the sofas were well packed and it didn't suffer any damages during transport and handling, the other boxes were in good shape as well and its content reached the destination in perfect condition.

As a conclusion: thank you for your services and keep up the good work!
